Stay consistent and see real progress with five high-quality coaching videos each week, designed to enhance strength, endurance, and mobility. Our expert coaches guide you through each session, ensuring proper form, progression, and motivation. Plus, with personalized training plans tailored to your fitness level and goals, you’ll maximize results while minimizing wasted time and effort. Whether you're building lean muscle or burning fat, your workouts will be structured for success.
Coach Conner genuinely cares that you reach your fitness goals, not just so you be confident in the way you look, but so you can honor the Lord with the body He has given you (1 Timothy 4:8). This will be done through 2 weekly calls per week to ensure you are following the program.
While this may be a 3 month program with me, it is the start of a lifestyle change. My goal is that by the end of these three months, you will have not just a plan in place, but a new habit developed that lasts a lifetime!
